EuroCham – SSEK Event #1 on Employment

EuroCham in collaboration with SSEK Legal Consultants presented a policy dialogue series on Manpower Regulation on 24 March. This first exclusive event raised the topic of “New Regulation on The Use of Foreign Workers in Indonesia.” The speaker invited to provide updates was Ali Chaidar (Section Head of Work Permit from the Ministry of Manpower). Ali Chaidar also directly answered questions on the implementation of the new regulation raised by member companies during the moderated discussions. The overall discussion was moderated by Stephen Igor Warokka, Partner at SSEK Legal Consultants. This policy dialogue attracted over 100 participants.
