EuroCham Import-Export Procedures Working Group met on 4 March 2022 to finalize the Import-Export Procedures Position Paper 2022.  The meeting was chaired and co-chaired by Rachmat Hidayat, and Prita Hapsari respectively as the Head and Deputy Head of the Working Group.  The finalization of contents for the paper was reached in this meeting, following a prior survey and collection of inputs from member companies.  As a result of this meeting, the paper will be further processed prior to the official launching event in April.

On 2 March 2022, EuroCham organized a virtual meeting with the National Single Window Agency (LNSW).  The meeting was participated by Mochamad Agus Rafiudin (Chairman of LNSW), who was accompanied by Hermi (Director for Efficiency of Business Process of LNSW), as well as other senior officers from the Agency.  EuroCham was represented in this meeting by Rachmat Hidayat and Prita Hapsari (Head and Deputy Head of EuroCham Import-Export Procedures Working Group).  A number of representatives from various working groups also attended this meeting.

The meeting was proposed by EuroCham to exchange views related to two main topics, namely future development of the Indonesia National Single Window and its integration with other electronic systems managed by other ministries/agencies, and future plans related to the implementation of the commodity balance policy.  The LNSW team in this meeting shared the latest development related to IT systems intended to further simplify processes, as well as enhance interconnection with other ministries.  In addition, the LNSW team also elaborated their roles in the implementation of the commodity balance policy, as the agency that manages the INSW system.
