On the 26th of July, the EuroCham Indonesia's Finance, Tax and Investment Working Group Leaders with Representatives from Societe Generale convened a meeting at EuroCham's office in Jakarta.

The meeting was chaired by the Tax Advisor, Omar Abdulkadir, and co-chaired by the Chief Representative of LBBW, Fryda Tandani. The Leaders had a discussion with Andy Bratamihardja (Managing Director at Societe Generale) and Rafael Kustarjo (Assistant Vice President at Societe Generale) on Government Regulation 33/2023 on Energy Conservation in regards to its compliance from the banking sectors as well as the auditing system.

EuroCham Indonesia's Cosmetic Working Group convened its first offline meeting at EuroCham's office on July 25th. The meeting was led by Uti Daniawati M. (Head of the Cosmetic Working Group and Regulatory Personal Care SEA Indonesia Lead at Unilever) and Riva Dwitya Akhmad (Deputy Head of the Cosmetic Working Group and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Director at L'Oréal). The group had a fruitful discussion on recent regulation updates as well as advocacy priorities for this year.
