Prior to becoming Country Manager and CEO of Allianz Life Indonesia in 2017, Joos led the successful digital transformation company as CEO of Allianz Life Korea. Prior to Allianz he held various senior positions with ING in Asia and Europe, in the areas of operations, risk management, bancassurance, and marketing. In his current role, he aimed to bring insurance inclusiveness and more accessible to Indonesians through advanced products and services. This led Allianz Indonesia to establish strategic business partnerships with digital start-ups, such as GO-JEK, Halodoc, and other high potential unicorns.
