CIPS-EuroCham Joint Webinar on Facilitating Economic Recovery post-COVID-19 through Trade Liberalisation

On Wednesday 6 May 2020, the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (CIPS) and EuroCham Indonesia held a joint webinar on Facilitating Economic Recovery post-COVID-19 through Trade Liberalisation. The webinar discussed on how Indonesia, domestically, and through various multilateral platforms could ensure economic recovery from the Covid 19 crisis by facilitating more trade activities and ensure supply chains. The session explores how Indonesia can accelerate recovery through free trade agreements and diverse global trading partners.

There were three distinguished speakers on this Webinar, namely Donna Gultom (Director of ASEAN Negotiation, Ministry of Trade), Rachmat Hidayat (Head of EuroCham Import-Export Procedures Working Group and Government Relations Director of Danone Indonesia), and Felippa Amanta (Researcher, Center for Indonesian Policy Studies). The event was joined by 110 participants.
