The event, which was held on 22 October 2020, was attended by representatives of various associations as well as companies. Based on Customs’ presentation, the ACFTA e-form E has been implemented since 15 October 2020. The e-Form E can now be submitted by the issuer agency of the Certificate of Origin to the Customs Office thereby, enhancing the process to be faster, cheaper, and guarantee its validity. Customs further presented the procedures and mechanism for the e-Form E usage, as well as responded to questions from the meeting’s participants related to the main changes in the new procedures. EuroCham was represented by the Deputy Head of EuroCham Import-Export Procedures Working Group, Prita Hapsari (Unilever).
