Webinar on Reinvent HR Leadership in The Time of Crisis

On 12 November, EuroCham, in collaboration with Prudential Indonesia, held a Webinar on “Reinvent HR Leadership in the Time of Crisis”. This webinar was opened by Jens Reisch (President Director of Prudential Indonesia) and invited Prof. Rhenald Kasali Ph.D (Founder of Rumah Perubahan) as speaker to touch on the urgency in transforming health and wellness protection for all employees. Moderated by Nick Holder (CFO of Prudential Indonesia/EuroCham Executive Board Member), Prof. Rhenald Kasali revealed how leaders need to rethink their plans and strategies especially in the context of Human Resources for both the long term vision of the organization as well as a benefit to their employees.
