Natixis Indonesia 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner

On the 18th of June, EuroCham was graciously invited to attend the 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner of Natixis CIB Indonesia. Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, an esteemed member of EuroCham, has played a significant role in facilitating cross-border investment and financial services in Indonesia, while also strengthening economic ties between Indonesia and France.

EKONID Celebrates 100 Years of German-Indonesian Economic Partnership

On 4 June 2025, the German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (EKONID/AHK Indonesien) marked its Centennial Gala, celebrating 100 years of fostering economic cooperation between Germany and Indonesia.

Hosted under the patronage of German Ambassador H.E. Ina Lepel, the evening featured traditional Indonesian dance and music, a centennial historical exhibition, and a charity gala in collaboration with the Indonesian Street Children Organization (ISCO), reflecting the deep cultural and social ties between the two nations.

A major highlight of the night was the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between EKONID and key stakeholders, including KADIN, APINDO, and PT Astra International Tbk, signaling a strengthened commitment to collaborative economic development.

Key figures such as Peter Adrian, President of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK), Jan Roennfeld, Executive Director of EKONID, and Prijono Sugiarto, Chairman of EKONID, emphasized the importance of longstanding German-Indonesian cooperation and the shared vision for future growth and prosperity. The event was also attended by high-level representatives such as Nurul Ichwan (Ministry of Investment/BKPM), Emmanuel Wanandi (KADIN), and Shinta Kamdani (APINDO), further underlining the significance of the occasion for the wider business community.

The EKONID Centennial Gala served not only as a celebration of past achievements but also as a platform to renew collective ambitions for the decades ahead.
