On 23 July 2025, EuroCham had the pleasure of attending a discussion session hosted by HHP Law Firm titled “Workforce Restructuring: Legal Frameworks and Best Practices.”

The session explored recent developments in Indonesia’s labor law landscape, including strategic considerations around changing employee benefits and job redefinition amid automation. The discussion highlighted best practices for companies managing evolving employment structures in response to business transformation.

The panel featured insights from Alvira Wahjosoedibjo and Rinaldo Aditya (Associate Partners at HHP Law Firm), alongside Yesi Samosir (Senior Associate at HHP Law Firm).

On 23 July 2025, EuroCham was pleased to attend the Business Luncheon titled “Capturing Unique Opportunities in Indonesia Healthcare Sector” hosted by HSBC Indonesia at The Langham Jakarta. The event served as an exclusive platform to explore Indonesia’s healthcare landscape by addressing its investment potential and policy direction.

Opening remarks were delivered by Jo Miyake, Head of Banking, CIB Asia and Middle East at HSBC, followed by keynote presentations from Prastuti Soewondo, Special Staff to the Minister of Health, and Alvin Christian, Chief Financial & Risk Officer at Indonesia Healthcare Corporation. Their insights provided a comprehensive overview of Indonesia’s healthcare priorities and the role of strategic financial planning in scaling healthcare innovation.
