50th IPA Convention & Exhibition Inauguration

On May 20, EuroCham Indonesia attended the opening session of the Indonesian Petroleum Association Convention and Exhibition (IPA Convex) 2026 at ICE BSD City, marking the 50th edition of this landmark event in the region’s energy calendar.

The convention continues to serve as a key platform for dialogue, innovation, and collaboration across the oil, gas, and broader energy sector. The opening ceremony featured remarks from senior government officials, including H.E. Bahlil Lahadalia (Minister of Energy and Mineral Resource), H.E. Maman Abdurrahman (Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs), and Bapak Hashim Djojohadikusumo (Special Envoy of the President for Climate and Energy), underscoring the strategic importance of energy security, industrial growth, and the transition toward a more sustainable energy future.
