Automotive Working Group Meeting

The Automotive Working Group held its first meeting in 2018 on Wednesday, 21 February at EuroCham Office. Mr. Ari Tjahyono, Head of Working Group, chaired the meeting which attended by participants from European automotive and its supporting industries. There were several discussions on policies that have impacted the industries, including new policies and recurrent issues.

To maintain its advocacy, the Working Group plans to send its recommendations to relevant government institutions, as well as follow up some recommendations that have been sent previously. In addition, it was decided that Working Group will form its own internal task force to further discuss the formulation of recommendations for several issues. As the first WG meeting for this year, the participants further discussed 2018 activities. It was announced during the meeting that the next Automotive WG is scheduled to meet on 28 April 2018 at EuroCham Office.
