Energy Working Group: Fiscal Regime on Energy Sector

EuroCham Energy Working Group held a regular monthly meeting on 26 April 2018, hosted by Mr. Omar Abdul Kadir, Deputy for Fiscal (Oil & Gas) at PricewaterhouseCoopers office.

Open by Mr. Thomas Wagner, Head of Working Group for a brief policy update, and continue with the Donor Mapping explanation by Ms. Eva Pitterling, Deputy for Energy Efficiency, the meeting was gathered feedback and inputs on the recent policy development as well as mapping the international grant given to energy sector in Indonesia.

As the main topic of the meeting, the meeting closed with Mr. Omar Abdul Kadir gave a briefing on recent updates of fiscal regime relevant with energy sector, pertinent with the recently release of Ministry of Finance Regulation on Tax Holiday and Tax Allowance.
