EuroCham Chemical x FTI Working Group Meeting

On September 18th, EuroCham Indonesia’s Chemical Working Group, in collaboration with the Finance, Tax, and Investment (FTI) Working Group, held a briefing session entitled “Indonesia’s Chemical and Petrochemical Industry: Key Legal Highlights and Compliance & Tax Facilities.”

The session, hosted at the PwC Indonesia office, provided members of both working groups with an in-depth overview of the sector’s immense market potential, key legal frameworks, and compliance obligations. Experts from PwC Indonesia, Puji Atma (Junior Partner) and Jacklyn Rusli (Tax Senior Manager), delved into critical topics including recent industrial law amendments, risk-based licensing, and the extensive tax facilities available for investors, such as Tax Holidays and Tax Allowances.
