EuroCham x HHP Law Firm: Navigating Indonesia’s Latest Investment Regulations: GR No. 28 of 2025 and BKPM Regulation No. 5 of 2025

On 29 January, EuroCham, in collaboration with our esteemed member HHP Law Firm, jointly organized an event titled “Navigating Indonesia’s Latest Investment Regulations: GR No. 28 of 2025 and BKPM Regulation No. 5 of 2025.” The event examined the key provisions of both regulations and their implications for investment licensing requirements and the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. It also provided practical guidance for businesses in adapting to the new regulatory framework, while fostering constructive dialogue between stakeholders and regulators.

The panel featured expert speakers from HHP Law Firm, including Daniel Pardede (Senior Partner and Head of M&A Practice), Cahyani Endahayu (Partner), and Preti Suralaga (Manager of Corporate and Compliance Services). The discussion was moderated by Suryamin Halim (Deputy Head of EuroCham Retail Sub-Working Group and Corporate Affairs, PT Hindo (H&M)).
