Human Resources Working Group Meeting

The EuroCham Human Resources (HR) Working Group held its regular meeting on August 31, hosted by and taking place at SSEK Law Firm.

The meeting was led by the Deputy Heads of the Working Group, Rakhman Sapta Ferdinansyah, CHRP (Associate Director - HR and Payroll Services at TMF Group Indonesia) and Sylviawati Tanuwikarta (Human Resources Manager at Siemens Indonesia). The group also had the honor to invite Ade Widhia Sathria (Immigration Analyst of the Directorate of Immigration Stay Permit) as the guest speaker, moderated by Stephen Igor Warokka (Partner at SSEK Law Firm), to discuss on the Government Regulation No. 40 of 2023 on Immigration.
