ICT-IP WG Meeting

On 7 May, The EuroCham Information & Communications Technology and Intellectual Property (ICT-IP) Working Group held its meeting. The meeting was led by Citra Tiara Rizki (Head of the ICT-IP Working Group) and discussed Indonesia’s upcoming AI regulations (roadmap and ethics guidelines), data centre infrastructure gaps, as well as the group’s focus on 5G as critical infrastructure. Updates were also provided on the draft Cybersecurity and Resilience Law and IP copyright reforms.
