EuroCham was delighted to attend “Indonesia Incorporated - Quo Vadis: the Direction of Business Amid Layoffs, Competitiveness, Productivity, Social Security” organized by the Employment BPJS on July 28 at BRIN. The keynote speakers and panelists underscored the importance of social security amidst recent massive layoffs as well as mitigated measures such as workforce reskilling and upskilling. This being said, BRIN is committed to strengthen the adaptive research and innovation for industry and human resources, whereas the Employment BPJS will promote massive digital transformation to improve its services.
