INTA Policy Dialogue on IP Enforcement

EuroCham Indonesia was invited to participate and contribute to the INTA Policy Dialogue on IP Enforcement, organized by Rouse (member of EuroCham) and the International Trademark Association on 19 February at the Westin Hotel. The policy dialogue discussed conventional and e-commerce intellectual property enforcement challenges in Indonesia and deliberated on solutions to improve IP enforcement in the future.

The policy dialogue was co-led by Walter Chia (Asia Pacific Chief Representative of INTA) and Anom Wibowo (Director of Investigation and Dispute Resolution, at DGIP of the Ministry of Law & Human Rights). The policy dialogue involved members of the government’s IP enforcement task force, consisting of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, the DG of Customs and Excise, the Food & Drug Control Agency, the National Police Force, and DGIP
