Joint Chambers Discussion on Local Content and Export Proceeds on Natural Resources by the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs

On 16 September 2025, EuroCham participated in the Joint Chambers Discussion on Local Content and Export Proceeds from Natural Resources, virtually hosted by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of Indonesia.

The discussion was led by Ichsan Zulkarnaen (Assistant Deputy for Investment Acceleration and Downstreaming) together with officials Heru Kustanto (Head of the Center for P3DN Enhancement at the Ministry of Industry).

EuroCham members conveyed the industry’s remaining concerns regarding local content policy and provided inputs to ensure that business perspectives are adequately reflected in the implementation of local content policies.
