Meeting with Delegation of the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE)

On 5 May, EuroCham had the honour of meeting with a delegation from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE), led by Dr. Ole Janssen, Deputy Director General for the Digital Economy and Quality Infrastructure, together with representatives from the Global Project Quality Infrastructure (GPQI). The meeting was also attended by the EU Delegation to Indonesia, as well as leaders from EuroCham’s Automotive and Energy Working Groups.

The discussion provided valuable insights into the experiences of European businesses operating in Indonesia, highlighting key opportunities and challenges. It also explored the implications of the Indonesia-EU Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (Indonesia-EU CEPA), emphasizing its role as a core framework for strengthening economic ties between the EU and Indonesia.
