Meeting with Directorate of Standardization for Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics - BPOM

On March 16, 2026, EuroCham Indonesia convened a coordination meeting with the Directorate of Standardization for Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics of BPOM to discuss the upcoming International Cosmetics Activities Plan for 2026. The meeting brought together representatives from various chambers of commerce and relevant companies to exchange initial views and align priorities for the planned initiatives. The discussion focused on identifying key areas of collaboration, outlining prospective international engagement activities, and ensuring alignment between industry stakeholders and regulatory objectives. Participants also shared insights on strategic priorities for the cosmetics sector, including opportunities to strengthen international cooperation, enhance regulatory understanding, and support industry development in line with global standards.
