Minister of Trade No. 4/2024 Regulation on Cosmetics

On March 4, EuroCham attended a Minister of Industry Regulation No. 4/2024 Socialization hosted by the Directorate of Downstream Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, Ministry of Industry. The socialization highlighted the general flowchart for the submission of Technical Consideration (Pertimbangan Teknis/Pertek) and Import Approval (Persetujuan Impor/PI) through the integrated system SINSW.
