Policy Meeting with Director of Digital Investigations, Ministry of Communications and Digital Affairs

On March 10, 2026, The Information and Communications Technology & Intellectual Property (ICT-IP) Working Group of EuroCham Indonesia held a discussion session with Dr. Ir. Irawati Tjipto Priyanti, S.T., M.T. (Director of Digital Investigations at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia) to exchange perspectives on EuroCham’s practices in addressing the circulation of counterfeit goods on e-commerce platforms and strengthening digital consumer protection. From EuroCham side, the discussion was led by the Head of the ICT-IP Working Group, Citra Tiara Permata Rizki (Government Relations at Schneider Electric Indonesia) The discussion provided an opportunity to share experiences on enforcement mechanisms, reporting systems, and collaborative approaches between government institutions, industry, and digital platforms in tackling counterfeit products in the online marketplace.
