Preparation Meeting for the 37th ASEAN Cosmetic Scientific Body (ACSB)

On May 4, EuroCham was invited by the National Agency of Food and Drug Control (BPOM) to attend the preparation meeting to examine the agenda to be discussed at the 37th ASEAN Cosmetic Scientific Body (ACSB). The ACSB meeting will be held on 8 - 9 May in a hybrid format. The preparation meeting discussed the agenda items for the ACSB Meeting and several draft information papers on safety assessment of acid orange as a coloring agent, Cosmetic Refilling Activity, cosmetics in vials and ampoules, and several EU Regulations in relation to cosmetics. The meeting was chaired by Yurita Amarya S, Apt., M.K.M (Coordinator of the Cosmetic Standardization Substance Group) and Dra. Mayagustina Andarini, Apt., M.Sc.
