Welcome
Preparation Meeting for the International Cosmetics Regulatory Forum
On 11 June, BPOM held a forum to discuss plans for a significant international cosmetic regulatory event. The two-day event, titled "Towards Greater Global Limon in Cosmetic Regulatory Framework." The primary objective is to initiate an international Global Cosmetic Regulatory Network, with hopes of eventually establishing regular international cosmetic regulator meetings similar to those already existing for other health commodities under WHO guidance.
The event targets regulators, industry experts, and business operators from Europe, the United States, South Korea, Japan, China, ASEAN member states, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and New Zealand. Invitations will leverage existing bilateral MOUs between BPOM and several countries.
EuroCham extends our appreciation to BPOM for organising the forum and for discussing the potential plan for this high-level international event. As a trusted partner of our members and the Indonesian government, EuroCham appreciates BPOM for including us in their planning.
