Public Consultation on BPOM Regulation on Labelling, Promotion and Cosmetics Advertisement

On February 11, EuroCham attended a public consultation on BPOM Regulation No. 18 on Labeling, Promotion, and Cosmetics Advertisement. The consultation was held by the Directorate of Standardization of Traditional Medicine, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics under the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM).

Ibu Dian Putri Anggraweni, S.Si, Apt., M.Farm (Director of Standardization of Traditional Medicine, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics) presented key updates on the recent regulation, followed by a question-and-answer session with representatives from business associations and related sectors.
