Public Consultation on Draft of BPOM Regulation

On March 1, EuroCham attended a public consultation on BPOM Regulation No. 18 on Labeling, Promotion, and Cosmetics Advertisement. The consultation was held by the Directorate of Standardization of Traditional Medicine, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics under the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM).

Mohamad Kashuri, S.Si, Apt., M.Farm (Deputy of Standardization of Traditional Medicine, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics) presented key updates on the recent regulation, followed by a question-and-answer session with representatives from business associations and related sectors.
