Public Consultation on the draft Decree on Service Standards for the Directorate of Registration of Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics

EuroCham attended a public consultation organized by the Directorate of Registration of Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics (OTSKK) on 7 May 2026. The consultation discussed the draft Decree on Service Standards for 2026, developed as part of the implementation of BPOM Regulation No. 28 of 2022 on Service Standards within BPOM. The forum provided an opportunity for stakeholders, including EuroCham, to share feedback and contribute to the development of more effective and transparent regulatory services.
