Public Hearing Draft Minister of Health Regulation on Disease Prevention on Non-Communicable Disease and Draft Minister of Health on Breast Milk (ASI)

EuroCham participated in the Public Hearing on the Draft Minister of Health Regulation on Non-Communicable Disease and the Draft Minister of Health Regulation on Breast Milk (ASI) on 27 September, organized by the Ministry of Health.

As the draft regulation will serve as the implementation for Government Regulation No. 28 of 2024, the hearing discussed the technical provisions on imposing the maximum content level of sugar, salt and fat (GGL) and procedures for using breast milk substitute products.
