On September 21, EuroCham attended the Public Hearing on the Preparation regarding Safeguarding, Use of Pharmaceutical Preparations, Medical Devices, PKRT

The Ministry of Health elaborated standards and requirements of pharmaceuticals and medical devices that will be implemented under the government regulation, production facilities recognized under the law that must follow certain standards, the role of the public and the government, as well as sanctions
