Socialization of BPOM Regulation No.17 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for Cosmetic Product Information Documents
The OTSKK Standardization Directorate carried out socialization on September 19 2023 regarding BPOM Regulation Number 17 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for Cosmetic Product Information Documents. Dra opened this event. Reri Indriani, Apt, M.Si (Acting Deputy for Supervision of Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements and Cosmetics), and as resource person at this event was Mrs. Dian Putri Anggraweni, S.Si, Apt, M. Farm (Director of Traditional Medicine Standardization, Health Supplements and Cosmetics) and Mrs. Dra. Yurita Amarya, Apt, MKM (Chair of the Cosmetic Standards Preparation Team).
This regulation broadly regulates guidelines for product information documents, implementation of DIP audits, authority of officers when carrying out DIP audits; and administrative sanctions. The hope is that this new regulation can provide legal clarity and ease for business actors in preparing DIP.
