Socialization of GR No. 28/2025

On the 30th of June, EuroCham was invited to attend the socialization of Government Regulation No. 28 of 2025 (PP 28 tahun 2025), the revised regulation of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 (PP 5 tahun 2021) on Risk-Based Business Licensing. The socialization was organized and held in the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

The socialization was commenced with an opening speech by Susiwijono Moegiarso (Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs). Followed by a discussion of the regulation by Elen Setiadi (Expert Staff for Regulation, Law Enforcement, and Economic Resilience, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs), Riyatno (Deputy for Investment Climate Development, Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry/Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM)), and Suyus Windayana (Director General of Spatial Planning, Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN)). The discussion was moderated by Ichsan Zulkarnaen (Assistant Deputy for acceleration of investment and downstreaming for the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs).

The revised regulations are intended to enhance the ease of doing business in Indonesia, an objective that EuroCham has consistently supported.
