Socialization of Minister of Industry Circular Letter No. 2 of 2025 on Industry Emission Data Submission

EuroCham attended the Socialization of Minister of Industry Circular Letter No. 2 of 2025 on the Submission of Industry Emission Data through SIINas, organized by the Standardization and Industrial Services Policy Agency of the Ministry of Industry.

The session was opened by the Head of the Agency, Andi Rizaldi, followed by a presentation on the Circular Letter by Apit Pria Nugraha, Head of the Center for Green Industry.

The regulation's initial phase requires specific industries registered in SIINas—including cement, fertilizer, paper, and metal—to submit their emission data. Full mandatory implementation, where prior verification is required, will take effect once the corresponding Ministry regulation is issued.
