Socialization of Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 31 and No. 32 of 2025

The EuroCham Chemical Working Group participated in the socialization session of the Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 31 and No. 32 of 2025, organized by the Ministry of Trade. The event was opened by Iman Kustiaman, Director of Imports, and highlighted changes in import policies covering agricultural products, livestock, chemicals, hazardous materials, and mining products.

EuroCham was represented by Inezia Aurelia, Head of the Chemical Working Group, who conveyed the remaining concerns and inputs of the working group to ensure that industry perspectives are well taken into account in the implementation of the new regulations.
