Transport and Logistics Working Group Task Force Meeting on Taxation

The EuroCham Transport and Logistics Working Group organized a sub-group meeting on Tax, Finance, and Investment on 20 April 2020. The purpose is to provide opportunities for member companies in the sector to exchange updates related to latest fiscal stimulus package that is launched by the government to help manage the negative impact of Covid-19 to the national economy. The meeting was opened by Mr. Edison Bako as the New Executive Director of EuroCham, who introduced his roles at the EuroCham Secretariat. The overall discussion was chaired by Mr. Sugyanto Halim of DB Schenker as the Deputy Head of the Group, and attended by Jop Patinggi from a. hartrodt as Deputy Head of the Group as well as Mr. Marco Pietsch from Logwin Logistics as the Head of the Working Group.

The meeting agreed to collect further inputs and feedbacks from the rest of member companies through a mini survey on other fiscal incentives and facilities that are expected by logistics players from the government to improve the covid-19 management.
