Webinar on Omnibus Law and Impact to Trade, Customs and Supply Chain

EuroCham Import-Export Procedure Working Group together with the HHP Law Firm held a webinar on 25 November 2020 on Omnibus Law and Impact to Trade Customs and Supply Chain. The session, which was moderated by Rachmat Hidayat, as the EuroCham Head for Import-Export Procedures Working Group, presented three distinguished speakers from HHP Law Firm, namely Riza Budiotomo (Partner), Sheriel Ivia Tirta (Senior Trade Specialist), and Audy Ferdiananda (Trade Specialist).

The session opened with some critical points introduced by the Omnibus Law, and subsequently followed by updates on main policy changes related to provisions on trade activities, industry aspects such as sourcing of raw material issues, customs issues and special economic zones.
