Workshop on Minister of Finance Regulation No. 122/PMK.04/2021 on Procedures for Imposition of Import Duty Tariff on Imported Good Based on Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between Indonesia and EFTA States

EuroCham was invited by the Customs Main Office to a Workshop on the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 122/PMK.04/2021 on Procedures for Imposition of Import Duty Tariff on Imported Goods Based on the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between Indonesia and the EFTA States. The workshop, which was held on 29 October 2021, provided information on the background for the issuance of the regulation, benefits as well as topics included into the Agreement, and the requirements such as origin criteria, consignment criteria, and procedural requirements for the imposition of import duty tariff based on the Indonesia EFTA CEPA.
