On September 20, EuroCham attended the public hearing on the Preparation of Draft Government Regulation on Non-Communicable Diseases, Vision/Hearing, and Addictive Substances by the Ministry of Health. The Ministry of Health elaborated the provisions that would be regulated in the draft and welcomed the public’s advice on what substances should or should not be regulated in the draft.

On September 20, EuroCham attended the Public Hearing on the Preparation of Draft Government Regulation on Health Resilience and Medical Devices.
The Ministry of Health elaborated the government's efforts in accelerated development and resilience of pharmaceuticals and medical devices which will be implemented through the government regulation.
