EuroCham-GPQI Dialogue Certification Development and Implementation

EuroCham Indonesia, in collaboration with Global Project Quality Infrastructure, held the EuroCham-GPQI Dialogue on SNI Certification Development and Implementation on 14 December 2022. The dialogue discussed the development and implementation of the Indonesia National Standards (SNI) in light of the recent Minister of Industry Regulation No. 45 of 2022 regarding Industrial Standardization.

The EuroCham-GPQI Dialogue was delighted to invite Mr. Enuh Rosdeni, Head of the Center for Formulation, Implementation and Enforcement of Industrial Standardization (PPPPSI), Standardization and Industrial Services Policy Agency (BSKJI), of the Ministry of Industry (Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia, to share his views, expertise and the government's position in the implementation of national standards, Technical Specifications and Guide to Procedures.

The discussion was opened by Mr. Daniel Purba, Head of EuroCham Automotive Working Group and Associate Director of External Affairs at Mercedes-Benz Indonesia-Benz, and Juliane Spangenberg, Head of GPQI Country Component Indonesia, GPQI, where the discussion was moderated by Kartika Susanti, Director of Public Affairs at Michelin Indonesia.

FTI WG Leaders Meeting

On the 13th of December, the Leaders of the Finance, Tax, and Investment Working Group convened a meeting to discuss plans for the upcoming events of the working group as well as conceptualize the position paper in 2023. The meeting was chaired by Omar Abdulkadir (Taxation Service Adviser PwC and Head of the FTI Working Group) and had a lively discussion on the upcoming events that could highlight and clarify issues relating to the financial sector.
