Allianz Indonesia through the Allianz Care Foundation continues to strive to ease the burden on the community by giving donations in the form of food packages and non-medical masks, to the public in a number of cities in Indonesia. Allianz Indonesia's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a program called Allianz Community for Neighborhood and Society (ACTIONS). ACTIONS is a program that supports employees and marketers spread throughout Indonesia to volunteer, and carry out CSR activities independently in their immediate environment. “This is in line with the value of ‘Care’ that Allianz Indonesia embraces in corporate culture, " said Ni Made Daryanti, the Chairperson of the Allianz Care Foundation.

Marketers and employees have been actively involved in the ACTIONS program since April 2020 as a form of initiative to help others in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Within two months, the ACTIONS program has succeeded in involving 242 volunteers, donating 120 food packages in Depok, West Java, and 7350 non-medical masks in a number of cities in East Java, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Maluku North, and West Papua.
