Allianz Indonesia Supports Indonesia’s Financial Inclusion for Disabilities

Allianz continues to provide protection to the Indonesian community by achieving customer insurance needs and developing solution, as well as aligning its goals to OJK’s priority to increase financial inclusion in Indonesia. Moreover, Allianz prioritizes its customer accessibility, in support of the POJK No.6/POJK.07/2022 regarding Consumer and Community Protection in the Financial Services Sector. Head of Customer Relationship, Dian Ekawati, iterated that the different needs for each customer including the disabled, have made it their goal to provide easy access to customer services and call centers.
