Courtesy Meeting with Head of BPJPH

On the 19th of November, EuroCham had the honor of paying a courtesy visit to the Product Assurance Organising Body (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH)) to meet with the newly appointed Chairman of BPJPH, Haikal Hassan and vice-Chairman, Afriansyah Noor. The courtesy meeting was to introduce EuroCham key representatives to the new administration of BPJPH and discuss the implementation of the Halal certification.

The meeting was led by Lucia Karina (VP of Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability for Indonesia at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Board Patron of EuroCham FMCG Working Group). EuroCham was also represented by Nurdiana Darus (President Director of PT Unilever Enterprises Indonesia, Director of Sustainability & Corporate Affairs at PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk and Board Member of EuroCham), Andri Kusandri (Director of Market Access and Government Affairs at Merck Indonesia and Head of the Healthcare Working Group), Widya Herminingsih (Senior Manager Scientific & Regulatory Affairs at Kerry Indonesia) and Dhedy Adi Nugroho (Head of Public Affairs at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia).
