Discussion on MoT Regulation No. 16/2025 with HukumOnline

On July 29, EuroCham, in collaboration with HukumOnline, successfully held a discussion titled “Navigating Shifts in Indonesia’s Import Policy: A Discussion on Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 16 of 2025.” The event aimed to unpack the implications of the updated import policy and regulations as well as raise awareness among business practitioners on the importance of compliance and preparedness moving forward.

The event commenced with welcoming remarks by Christina Desy, AVP Premium Content at HukumOnline, followed by Fabian Kieble, Chairman of EuroCham and Managing Director of Rhenus Logistics Asia Pacific, who delivered his opening remarks.

A key presentation was then delivered by Nabila Rieska Maulani, Legal Editor at HukumOnline, which was moderated by Suryamin Halim, Deputy Head of EuroCham’s Retail Sub-Working Group and General Manager of Corporate Affairs at PT. Hindo (H&M). The presentation concluded with a Q&A session, a handover of tokens of appreciation handover to the keynote speaker and panelists, and group photos with all participants.
