EuroCham Annual Members Meeting and Extraordinary Members Meeting 2021

On 10 June 2021, EuroCham organized its virtual Annual Members Meeting and Extraordinary Members Meeting. The Annual Members Meeting presented the EuroCham Annual Report 2020, which highlighted activities and financial statement reports for fiscal year 2020. The Meeting also agreed to the appointment of BYSA as the independent public accounting firm to audit EuroCham’s financial statement for 2021, approved the budget and Bylaws, as well as granted a Release and Discharge for EuroCham’s Executive Board in 2020-2021. An Extraordinary Members Meeting was also held to elect the EuroCham’s New Executive Board Members, as well as approved the proposed amendements to the Articles of Associations.

• The composition of the new Executive Board are as follows:

• Chairman : Julien Steimer, AXA Services Indonesia.

• Vice Chair: Wichard Von Harrach, Jawa Power.

• Treasurer : Alvin Christian, TMF Indonesia.
