EuroCham Company Visit to Multi Bintang Indonesia

On November 5, EuroCham Indonesia was delighted to be invited to a site visit at Multi Bintang Indonesia (an esteemed Gold member of EuroCham) Brewery in Tangerang.

We were warmly welcomed by Roland Bala (President Director), followed by an in-depth overview of Multi Bintang Indonesia's history and its brewery by Florentinus Jemmy Cahyono (Supply Chain Director) & Handi Utama Tendi (Brewery Manager).

The visit then continued with a tour of the brewery by Dina Swissty (Health And Safety Manager). We had the opportunity to learn the process of how their beverages are brewed and how their plant site is 100% renewable, purchasing electricity from RECs as well as utilizing renewable energy such as solar panels and biomass. Moreover, we gained insights into Multi Bintang Indonesia's sustainable development goal presented by Bambang Chriswanto (Corporate Affairs Director) & Jeffry Christon (Sustainability Manager).
