Welcome
EuroCham Consultative Board Meeting

On 25 June, EuroCham convened its annual Consultative Board Meeting at the InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah, bringing together EuroCham Board Members, Working Group Leaders, and representatives from European Embassies. The meeting aimed to strengthen EuroCham’s role as a leading advocacy platform, supporting European businesses in navigating Indonesia’s policy developments, while also providing embassies with private sector perspectives to be carried forward through government-to-government (G2G) channels. This collaboration ensures that business-driven advocacy and diplomatic engagements work in tandem to foster constructive regulatory dialogue.
The meeting commenced with welcoming remarks by H.E. Denis Chaibi, Ambassador of the European Union to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, followed by opening remarks by Alexander Grenz, Acting Chairman of EuroCham. The session continued with a presentation by Vera Galuh Sugijanto, EuroCham Board Member, highlighting EuroCham’s advocacy activities, including through its Working Groups. The meeting concluded with a moderated discussion, providing an opportunity for participants to exchange insights.
EuroCham extends its sincere appreciation to the EU Delegation to Indonesia, representatives from European embassies, and all attendees for their active participation. We look forward to continued collaboration and engagement in future meetings
