EuroCham Indonesia was proud to participate as a network partner in the Global Human Capital (GHC) Summit 2025, the annual flagship event of Global Indonesia Professionals’ Association (GIPA) in collaboration with the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Cultural Affairs of Indonesia.

This year’s summit, under the theme "Diaspora as Indonesia’s Secret Weapon to Win and Thrive in a Changing World Order," served as a pivotal platform for multi-stakeholder dialogue. The discussions powerfully highlighted the critical role of globally competitive talent and diaspora networks in strengthening Indonesia’s economic resilience and innovation ecosystem.

A key highlight was the opening address and fireside chat with Anindya Bakrie, Chairman of the KADIN Indonesia, who provided invaluable insights into the role of the private sector and diaspora networks in driving national growth and innovation.

The discussions were further enriched by contributions from key stakeholders, including our esteemed member, Henley & Partners, on global talent mobility, and Shinta Kamdani, Chairwoman of APINDO, who underscored the essential link between effective policy and business competitiveness in human capital development.

As a network partner, EuroCham is committed to supporting such multi-stakeholder dialogues that align with our mission to foster a conducive business environment. We extend our gratitude to GIPA for the collaboration and for hosting this impactful platform. We look forward to continuing our support for initiatives that strengthen the bridge between European industry and Indonesia's exceptional talent pool.
