On 19 January 2021, the Head of the Finance, Tax, and Investment Working Group, Omar Abdulkadir, and the Deputy Head of the Transport and Logistics Working Group, Sugyanto Halim, met together with the EuroCham secretariat. The purpose of the meeting was to plan a joint meeting to address common issues on tax audit to be addressed to the Directorate of Tax Audit of the Directorate General of Tax. The meeting agreed to compile a list of questions from EuroCham member companies relevant to the tax audit process that will be presented to the Directorate of Tax Audit.

The EuroCham Transportation and Logistics Working Group was invited by the Directorate General of Land Transport of the Ministry of Transportation to a meeting on 15 January 2021. The meeting agenda is to discuss financial concept for an action programme on the intermodal freight transport in Java Island. In this regard, the meeting aims to collect inputs from the logistics players for the planned joint assessments program between the Ministry of Transportation with the GIZ TRANSfer team.
