Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Enthusiastically Welcomes the Meet The World with SKF Tournament Heading to Gothia Cup 2025
Indonesia's Youth and Sports Minister, Dito Ariotedjo, expressed support for the "Meet the World with SKF" youth football tournament, aimed at selecting a team to represent Indonesia in the 2025 Gothia Cup. As part of SKF's CSR program, this tournament emphasizes youth development through football and positive social impact. The tournament features regional rounds in six cities from November 2-17, followed by a Grand Finale in Jakarta on November 23-24, where the top 20 U-12 teams will compete. Additionally, one team from Papua will be selected in partnership with the Papua Football Academy to support underrepresented talent.
Meet the World with SKF Heading to Gothia Cup 2025, Commitment to Advancing Indonesian Football
The "Meet the World With SKF" youth football tournament will soon launch in Indonesia, selecting top U-12 teams to compete in the Gothia Cup 2025 in Sweden. Hosted by SKF as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, the event promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership. Regional tournaments will be held in six cities in November 2024, culminating in a Grand Finale in Jakarta. A special selection in Papua, in collaboration with Papua Football Academy, aims to support young talents from underrepresented areas. SKF also hosts the "SKF Girl School Challenge" to foster girls' football in Jakarta.
