Danone-AQUA and H&M Launch Second Collection of Children's Clothing from Plastic Bottles

Danone-AQUA together with H&M launched the second collection of children's clothing made from recycled plastic bottles, known as Bottle2Fashion. During the launching and presentation of Bottle2Fashion Tuesday (19/1), Jefri Ricardo (Packaging Sustainable Ssenior Manager of Danone-AQUA) stated that this initiative was created as a solution to the plastic pollution problem in Indonesia. "Bottle2Fashion is an interesting solution and can be an inspiration," Jefri stated. Unlike the previous collections that were issued for small children, this collection is aimed at older children. “The previous collection was largely intended for small girls and boys or small children and those who are still basic. However, this time we do have a different design and this is for children aged 9 to 14 years," added Karina Soegarda (Communications Manager at H&M Indonesia).

Danone Indonesia and Indomaret Collaboration Presents Advanced Generation Vaccine Center

In support of the government programs for the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, Danone Indonesia, in collaboration with PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret), presented the Advanced Generation Vaccine Center specifically for the COVID-19 vaccination for children and booster vaccines at the Mal Neo Soho in West Jakarta. The Advanced Generation Vaccine Center is part of the "Indonesia Rise" campaign series conducted on 20 - 24 January 2022 that targeted 5,000 vaccine participants (2,500 children and 2,500 booster vaccination participants).

Present at the opening ceremony of the Advanced Generation Vaccine Center (20/01) were Dr. Siti Nadia Tarmizi, M. Epid (Director of Prevention and Control of Directly Infectious Diseases of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia), Dra. Sri Wahyuningsih, M.Pd (Director of Elementary Schools, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia), Dra. Eko Novi Ariyanti R.D., M.Sc. (Assistant Deputy for Participation of Professional Institutions and the Business World, Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia), Marulina Dewi (Head of the Third Party Cooperation Division of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government), Rachmat Hidayat (Government and External Scientific Affairs Director of Danone Indonesia), and Gondo Sudjoni (Customer Relationship Management Executive Director of Indomaret).
